Only admins can use this command
mafia changeRole [role name | role id | role mention] is a command that can dictate who can start mafia series. This is useful becuase it can stop people joining the server, starting a series with a load of people, then leaving once it has DMed a few people. At default the role is set to @everyone and to change it to @mafia role you would just have to type mafia changeRole "mafia role" into the channel. Most of the time I would use the role id option because it allows you to change the role without pinging anyone and it removes the uncertaintly of using the name option.
